 I accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment.  Card payments are accepted through the HIPPA-secure platform of Square. 

INSURANCE

I do not currently bill insurance companies.  However, I can provide you with a receipt for your payment that you can use to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Services may be covered in full or part by your health insurance or through your employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully to determine what type of reimbursement might be available to you.
